The Information Desk staff provides answers to your informational and directional questions about the UMass Amherst Libraries. The staff can also answer general questions about the UMass Amherst Campus, the Four Colleges, and the local community.
Departmental Hours
Information Desk Hours: Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. - 7 p.m., Friday - Saturday 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Reduced hours during Summer and Winter session.
