The Library Business Office handles all accounts payable, supply and equipment orders, travel reimbursements, mail services, physical plant work requests, telecommunications building operation needs for the W.E.B. Du Bois Library and the two branch Libraries. Department staff create purchase orders to vendors, process all invoices for payment, produce monthly budget reports and reconcile accounts, ship and receive all Library mail, order and receive Library supplies and equipment, process key requests, assist in facility relocations, and respond to Library related accounts payable and equipment inquiries. Department staff serves as the liaison between the Library, University Controller's Office, Physical Plant, UMPD, and Telecommunications.
