The Systems and Web Management department supports the technical infrastructure of the UMass Amherst Libraries including the integrated library system, desktop support, LAN-based services, Web-based services, and client-server platforms. This work includes the evaluation and adoption of new technologies, the operation of the integrated library system for Five Colleges, hardware and software upgrades, and enhancements to improve services for the Libraries and our users.
