UMASS AMHERST LIBRARIES ANNOUNCE
MEDIA COLLECTION NOW OPEN FOR BROWSING

Amherst, MA - The UMass Amherst Libraries are pleased to announce that users can now browse and borrow media materials (i.e., DVDs, videocassettes, music CDs, CD-ROMs) and music monuments (collections of scores) in the Media and Music service area on Floor 3 of the Du Bois Library.
Viewing and listening facilities are available when the Media area is open: Sunday, 11 am to 9 pm, Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 9 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.
The UMass Amherst Libraries’ Media Collection contains thousands of titles in a variety of formats, including videos, DVDs, CDs, audiocassettes, LPs, and CD-ROMs. LP's and audiocassettes are in storage. They can be requested through the Library catalog and picked up at the Circulation/Reserves desk.
