LibQUAL+™ Spring 2007 Survey
Includes results and a FAQ about LibQual+™, the web based survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) that measures the quality of library services. 2004 LibQUAL+ results are also available.
Cycles Survey 2004
The Cycles survey examines levels of satisfaction with student services and the general quality of life on campus. Responses to questions about satisfaction with “Library resources (electronic and paper)” and satisfaction with “Services provided by the libraries” are cross tabulated by major, year, number of papers written in a term, writing clearly and effectively and more. The survey was administered by Student Assessment, Research, and Evaluation Office (SAREO) for Five Colleges in conjunction with and support from the five campuses. ARL Statistics Interactive Web Site – Includes current and historical data on collections, staffing, expenditures, library services, etc. Users can review library data collected by ARL, generate rankings of institutions by selected criteria, create graphs from the data, download the data by year in spreadsheet format and more.
