ADDED COPIES NOT ORIGINALLY DESIGNATED AS SUCH
I. When an item is designated ED (edition differs), but is actually an AC (added copy): Top of pageII. When an item is not designated ED or AC, but turns out to be an AC:
A. Make a photocopy of the order slip. Write on the photocopy "AC, not ED." Give the photocopy to the Monographic Receiving Supervisor.B. Cross out the ED note on the order slip and on the routing slip. Check off the AC box on the routing slip and make sure the call number given there is correct. Put the routing slip and the order slip into the volume. C. Put the volume on the "Added Copies to be Cataloged" shelf in the Information Processing Department.
Give the item, with its order slip and any cataloging copy, to the Monographic Receiving Supervisor in the Acquisitions Department.
