The Science and Engineering Library features librarians, research help, and information sources in the fields of

Most medicine- and health-related materials are in the W.E.B. Du Bois Library although our health sciences specialist, James Craig, has his office at the Science and Engineering Library.

Technology and space to work
SEL has 75 PCs available for public use, plus wireless access to the campus network; color and b&w printers and copiers, and a scanner. Eight group study rooms on the entry level floor each with a computer and white boards, many large and small tables for group or solo work scattered throughout the library create a good place to work.

Services
Reference librarians, hard-copy book and journal circulation, instruction in library use, and help with research.
Contact Paulina Borrego, James Craig, Naka Ishii, or Maxine Schmidt to make an appointment for classroom library instruction or individualized research help, including patent research.
