The Downing Street "Memo" is a document containing meeting minutes transcribed during President Bush's meeting with British Prime Minister Blair on July 23, 2002. It portrays the President intent on invasion, and a loyal ally troubled both by how it could be justified and by what it would bring. This "unofficial hearing" is a discussion of the contents of the memo.
