Microform Retrieval Form

All microforms are stored in the basement of the W.E.B. Du Bois Library and must be retrieved by Reserve, Media & Microforms (RMM) staff. Microforms will be retrieved daily during RMM hours of operation with a turn around time of approximately two hours.  Some requests may be filled sooner, but this depends on the volume of requests we receive. Please complete the Microform Retrieval Form as completely as possible to request microforms listed in the UMass Amherst catalog. We strongly encourage you to submit your requests in advance, so the materials will be available when you arrive. You will receive an email confirmation when your materials are available for pick-up at the RMM desk on the 3rd Floor. If you have questions or need assistance, ask at the Reserve, Media & Microforms Desk on the 3rd Floor in the W.E.B.
