Terms of Use: Interviews or portions thereof may be used for onsite and offsite educational projects, including, but not limited to, classroom instruction, educational programs, research, development of teaching tools, faculty research, use in educational exhibits, use at educational or academic conferences, and use in connection with the Institution�s Computer Network. A copyright notice must appear on any physical media (e.g., DVD, videotape, etc.) and in any educational projects made from the Interviews or portions thereof. The copyright notice shall state: � [insert year] USC Shoah Foundation Institute, University of Southern California. Any copies made of the Interviews or portions thereof must be distributed only on-campus, off-campus at University-affiliated locations, off-campus at educational or academic conferences, or through the Institution�s Computer Network unless a separate License is obtained from the USC Shoah Foundation Institute.
