NEWS RELEASE: FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE                       DATE: 4/19/07 CONTACT: LESLIE SCHALER, COMMUNICATION ASST., (413) 545-0162   UMASS AMHERST LIBRARIES ANNOUNCES EXTENDED HOURS IN RESERVES/MEDIA DEPARTMENT   Amherst, MA – The Reserves/Media Department on Floor 3 of the Du Bois Library has extended its hours until the end of the semester. The hours are Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m., and Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.  Normal hours are followed for Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Laptops will now circulate overnight if checked-out after 11:00 pm.  They are due back at the Reserve/Media Department at 8:00 a.m.  Laptops may be returned to the Learning Commons when the Reserve/Media Department is closed.
