Acceptable methods of request transmission:
OCLC, FAX, Web Form and U.S. Mail on an ALA form or institutional letterhead stationary.

Books:
Length of loan: 4 weeks use from date of receipt
Renewals: no
Shipping: Most materials are sent 4th class library rate.
Overseas Loans: yes - AIR MAIL with return via the same
Periodicals:
Periodicals do not circulate on Interlibrary Loan. Some exceptions are made for older, little used material, that is in good condition
Photocopies:
Photocopies are supplied primarily via First Class Mail or ARIEL or Odyssey transmission software, though we do have fax capabilities.
Media:
Videos, DVDs and CDs are lent for 1 weeks use, no renewal, for use in library only.
Microfilm:
Length of loan: 4 weeks use from date of receipt, 6 reel limit per order
Renewals: no
Shipping: All microfilm is shipped via UPS or another traceable method. Return must be the same.
Overseas Loans: no
Doctoral Dissertations:
We will lend the print copy of our dissertations if it is available, sending the microfilm copy if it is not.
Length of Loan: 4 weeks
Renewals: no
Shipping: print copy same as books, microfilm copy same as for other microfilm
Overseas Loans: We will lend dissertations within the U.S. and Canada. All others must purchase from UMI (http://wwwlib.umi.com/dxweb/gateway)
Masters Theses:
Length of Loan: 4 weeks
Renewals: no
Shipping: 4th class, Library Rate
Photocopies: We can only photocopy Masters theses when the request is accompanied by written permission of the author. Contact ILL if you need help obtaining this information.
Overseas Loans: yes - AIR MAIL with return via the same
Fees for Interlibrary Loan
Preferred billing method: IFM within OCLC
Loans: $15.00 per loan (up to 5 volumes or 6 reels)
Photocopies: $15.00 for the first 50 pages. $5.00 for each additional 1-10 page increment.
Exceptions: BLC, Mass. Libs that do not charge, NELINET recip code signers, NECOP, RAPID
