Submit requests on paper forms, electronically, or by FAX to (413) 577-0037. Please provide complete and accurate bibliographic citations for processing.
Short readings (single chapters, articles) should be placed on Electronic Reserve, due to limitations in space for printed materials and the demand for electronic versions of these materials from students. Print reserves will continue to accept mongraphs, faculty personal copies of texts, lecture notes, along with problem sets that are kept in loose-leaf binders and added to throughout the semester.

Use separate forms for Book Chapters and Journal Articles (due to citation format). For electonic journals, please supply a persistent URL if it is available. These forms are in MS Word (*.DOC) format. You may save them as files on your computer for repeated use. Instructors who have used E-Reserves in Fall 2011 or later semester may log in to check items using the "Web Login". Please contact a reserves staff member if you have questions.
