I sold Susan Eichhorn and Mark, their house in Encinitas, many years ago. As a, Thank-You, Susan gave me her book, California Cooking. I am still using it today, literally. My favorite is the quiche recipe. Because I was looking in it for Super Bowl recipes,I was inspired to find this website.
