Locate articles on corporate responsibility... Top

Follow the step-by-step instructions to locate articles about a company's record of corporate responsibility. This research requires you to scan through large lists of articles. There may not be an article that directly answers your corporate responsibility question. Instead, you should piece together the answer by reviewing a broad range of articles about your company.

  1. Connect to the Business & Company Resource Center.
  2. Click the Articles Icon on the opening screen.
  3. Enter the company name in the Search Term box and click the green Search button.
  4. The Results screen may list your company multiple times, accounting for both parent and subsidiary listings. Select the listing with the most articles and includes a Narrow by Subdivision button. Your search results should look like this example: Dell Computer Corp.
  5. Click the Narrow by Subdivision button below the company name and review article ordered by subject subdivisions. Check these relevant subdivisions carefully:
  • Accounting and Auditing
  • Cases
  • Corrupt Practices
  • Discipline
  • Economic Policy
  • Environmental Policy
  • International Trade
  • Investigations
  • Labor Contracts
  • Law and Regulations
  • Moral and Ethical Aspects
  • Mediation and Arbitration
  • Personnel Management
  • Political Activity
  • Public Relations
  • Recycling
  • Safety Measures
  • Social Policy
  • Standards
  • Waste Management
