In addition to answering questions at the AskEASL website, the volunteer librarians also provide written guides for Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). At present, most of these guides deal with computer questions or bibliographic databases. More guides will be added as you let us know your needs.
Before you start:
The free software to read Adobe Acrobat files is available from the Adobe site. Please update your software to 5.0, it will solve a lot of problems. Remember to download the Asian font packs as well or you may have trouble with some of the documents.
