E-Books

NetLibrary
NetLibrary is an online, full-text book service. Although this e-book collection contains many excellent titles and is convenient to use, it is not nearly as extensive as the Library's print holdings. E-books are not yet available on all topics.

Access to NetLibrary from off-campus is available to UMass Amherst students, faculty and staff with their OIT account. First-time users must be on campus to set up an account. In NetLibrary, select "Create an account," and then provide a username and password. Thereafter, you can connect from anywhere.

Type your subject in the "Subject" line, then click "Search." You can also search by the title or author of the book.

Finding E-books Through the Library Catalog
In addition to searching NetLibrary, find e-books through the Library Catalog
by selecting "Online Resources" twice.

The Online Books Page for Education for call numbers starting with L. Over 325 online education books to choose from.
