Almost all of the 100+ library databases (some full-text) http://www.library.umass.edu/research/bytitletxt.html are searchable from any computer terminal on campus, or even around the world with a UMAccess account.. Bookmark the library’s web page on your terminal and search there before you search the Internet.

1. Please check here for specialized guides, handouts and databases for your subject area and library education specialist contact information.
2. Suggest books for purchase
3. Consult with the specialist on developing web pages for your course --either connected off the education page or your own web page
4. The specialist can provide a library information literacy training session either in the library, your classroom or lab. Sessions can be 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours.

          1. Each library has computers available for searching our databases and the Internet.
          2 Library databases may also be searched off campus with an OIT UMAccess account.
