Homeland Security

Homeland Security is officially defined as a "concerted national effort to prevent terrorist attacks within the United States, reduce America's vulnerability to terrorism, and minimize the damage and recover from attacks that do occur."  The complex and essential nature of this effort is generating many, varied government web pages, reports, indexes, and databases.  This guide gathers and organizes this growing body of information on the history, current trends and issues relating to homeland security so that it will always be useful and accessible.
