Neuroscience and Behavior Research Guide Academic Departments and Programs

Neuroscience and Behavior Program Offers both a "Fast-Track" (five year B.S./M.S.) program leading to an M.S. degree, and a Ph.D. degree program. The Neuroscience and Behavior Program includes five broadly defined areas of research and training: (1) Neuroendocrinology, (2) Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience, (3) Animal Behavior and Learning (4) Neural and Behavioral Development, and (5) Sensorimotor, Cognitive, and Computational Neuroscience. State-of-the-art facilities are available for neural and behavioral studies at all levels of investigation from molecules to whole organisms.
Psychology Department - Behavioral Neuroscience Division Offers undergraduate students a Psychology/Neuroscience track leading to the B.S. degree, and emphasizing "the biological and neurological bases of human and animal behavior." The program is particularly suited to "students planning a professional career in any of the neurosciences (e.g., neurobiology, neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, neuropharmacology, or behavioral neuroscience) or individuals enrolled in pre-medical or pre-veterinary studies who are interested in neuroscience and behavior."
