Course Reserves
Collection of high-use library material either owned by the Library or placed on reserve by faculty for student use. Reserve items include books, articles, videos, DVDs, lectures on audiocassette and CD-ROM, and sample exams. Conduct a search of UM Reserves in the UMass Amherst Libraries Catalog by instructor or course.

Electronic Reserves
Scanned materials selected by faculty and available online to students in specific courses. If your course offers electronic reserves, see your instructor for a password and access directions. Passwords are not available through the Library.

Media
Library's collection of videos, DVDs, films, CDs, audiocassettes, LPs, and CD-ROMs. Viewing and listening equipment is available for in-house use. Faculty may call (413) 545-2458 to schedule materials for classroom use, and to reserve viewing rooms.

Sound recordings, scores, books, videos, and DVDs assigned to students in Music and Music Education courses.
