Find Library Materials by Call Numbers

The Library Catalog provides a call number for each item. The call number consists of an alpha-numeric string based on the Library of Congress classification system. View an example of how to read a call number. Information on Population Studies can be found primarily in the 'HB' call number area. Other call number areas are 'GF' - Human Ecology.
