E-Journals

Access thousands of journals electronically (often linked directly from the UMass Amherst Libraries Catalog or in Research Databases). E-journals are available on Library computers to all and off campus to UMass students, faculty, staff, and affiliates with an OIT account; enter your OIT username and password when prompted.

To locate online journals, search by journal title in "E-Journals."

To locate online journals on United States history, conduct an Advanced Search in the UMass Amherst Libraries Catalog, using Subject keywords and choosing the Format "E-journals" under Limits. Enter your subject with the word "periodicals" immediately following; e.g., United States history periodicals. Note: To search for articles in journals, conduct a subject search in databases covering United States history listed at Databases and Periodical Indexes.
