====== Photocopy Cataloging ====== The cataloging record should describe the original work, with the following additions: * The fixed field Form, which should have the code “r” * The 533 field, which should describe the photocopy. * The call number should include the date of the original, with an “a” added on. === Fixed Field: === **Form**: r\\ **Ctry**: [country of publication of the original]\\ **Dat tp**: [type of date of the original]\\ **Dates**: [date(s) of the original]\\ === Variable fields: === **090**: Put a lower-case a at the end of the call number (Example: 1982a)\\ **260 field**: Place, publisher, and date of the original\\ **300 field**: Physical description of the original\\ **533 field**: Description of the photocopy, using the 533 subfields. In subfield e, put in only those aspects of the physical description that differ from the physical description of the original.
