Patron Claim of Return
If you believe that an item that is still on your library account was returned, please fill out the form below, and we will search for the item and process the retrun if the item is located.

Once you have submitted the online form, we will double-check our own collection and contact any other library to which the item may have been returned. Please allow 7-10 business days for initial search and someone will contact you. The library cannot guarantee that an item will be found.
