Green Screen Rooms Closed for Fall 2020
Sound rooms of varying size are available for high-quality audio recording.
- Rooms 1 and 4: 6x9 ft, accommodates 1-6 persons.
- Rooms 2 and 3: 4x6 ft, accommodate 1-2 persons.
The keys are available for check out at the DML service desk.
Restrictions
- Need active UCard.
- No Food or Drink allowed in the rooms.
- Windows shall not be covered.
Standard Sound Room Equipment
Microphone
A multi-pattern studio condenser microphone with 3 switchable polar patterns.
Shure Pop Filter
The item reduces popping sounds such as the sounds of the letters b, p, etc. It clamps onto mic stands and is positioned in front of the microphone.
Rokit 6 Speakers and stands
These speakers offer flat, extended frequency response for professional studio monitoring. It delivers high frequencies up to 35kHz, vocal clarity and extended bass response. The proprietary bi-amped, class A/B amplifier grants SPL up to 107dB.
Audio Interface
High quality audio capture and control with XLR and 1/4" inputs.
