Any image taken from a book or a slide vendor will typically use the following phrase, "Copyrighted material - for educational use only". For those images that are the product of personal photography, use "Duplication Rights - [Firstname Lastname]". If there is no information with the image source pertaining to copyright either use the phrase, "Copyrighted material - for educational use only" or ask your supervisor.
