**This list lists general guidelines for MARC 21 bibliographic fields to be included in bibliographic records for electronic resources. Batch loaded electronic resources are evaluated separately using an evaluation form.**

LDR (top left corner) - Fixed field form type = BOOKS

LDR (position 07) BLvl - Bibliographic Level = ‘m’ for monograph

LDR (position  18) - Desc or descriptive cataloging form = i’ for RDA

For the fixed field 008:

008 (position 23) - Form = ‘o’ for online

LDR (position 18) - Desc or or descriptive cataloging form = 'i’ for RDA

(subfield c) statement of responsibility is accurate  (If present in record)

==== 1XX or 7XX ====

Either a 1xx or 7xx field is present in record if an author is named in 245 $c


==== 250 - Edition (If present in record) ====

Edition matches resource being cataloged


==== 264 - Publication ====

Place of publication, publisher name, and date of publication match resource 


==== 336 - Content type - As appropriate based on material type ====

Text based resources - text ǂb txt ǂ2 rdacontent  

Streaming video - two-dimensional moving image ǂb tdi ǂ2 rdacontent

Images or photographs - still image ǂb sti ǂ2 rdacontent

Author is accurate
