====== Reinstatements  ======

Circulation brings “newly found” books with “Missing” or “Withdrawn” codes and/or notes in item record(s).

  * Remove all “Missing” or “Withdrawn” codes and/or notes from the item record.

If there are other available items, the process is finished. (You have withdrawn only an item.) 


If there is only one item record:

  * Remove “Suppressed” fields from both HOL and Bib records, adding a 910 with “reinstate” to the bib record.

  * Check OPAC to confirm that the item now appears “available.”

  * Add holdings to WorldCat.
 
  * Put book(s) on a circulation truck.
