Move records to a different instance
This document describes how to move items and/or holdings to a different instance record. We anticipate that this will need to happen frequently for a period of time after going live in FOLIO, to correct situations where records merged incorrectly or were not merged at all as part of our migration into a shared catalog. You might also use this workflow to move holdings and items off of a provisional instance record to a more accurate record, if that record already exists in the catalog.
