ScholarWorks instructions for batch revision of one year campus access ETDs to open access

Go to SW home page

Click on Dissertations and Theses

Click on Doctoral Dissertations May 2014 - current or

Click on Manage dissertations at top of page

Click on batch revise Excel

Download spreadsheet

Sort by publication date then document type

Use control F to find all campusone document types for the for disserations that were published one year ago or more and change document type from campusone to openaccess

Change schedule:

In February 2016: Change all February 2015 (or earlier) theses and dissertations from campusone to openaccess

In May 2016: Change all May 2015 (or earlier) theses and dissertations from campusone to openaccess

In September 2016: Change all September 2015 (or earlier) theses and dissertations from campusone to openaccess
