+Unbound issues of the following titles will be shelved in the popular reading area of the 5th floor of W.E.B. Dubois Library.  These titles will require two HOL records, a UPERC for unbound issues, and a UPER for the bound issues shelved in the stacks.  The UPER HOL record will have "CURRENT NEWS & MAGS TITLE" entered into a 590 (staff note).  The UPERC HOL record will have "Unbound issues in Current Newspapers & Magazines area, 5th floor" entered into the 952 subfield z (public note).  The Check-in Note (under __3. Subscription Info. 2__) will include: "Send to Current News & Mags."
