The bigger issue is to look for patterns of big breaks. (Did you get five Wiley Broken Links? There's probably an issue there) Individual breaks can often be because of bad metadata. (incorrect DOI, ISSN, etc) Check the SID as well in the Open URL. If they are all the same that could be another pattern. However, a one-off with an SID for Web of Science will probably also just mean bad metadata by the indexer platform.
