 Except for fiscal and calendar year reports, SFX statistic queries are set up as cron jobs, running on the 14th of the following month, 6:00-7:15 a.m. Central/Chicago time. Crons send files to DRMS email or files can be found in SFX Admin>UNIX File Manager>dbs/scratch. Statistics reports crons can be rescheduled through SFX Admin>Statistics>Queries>(Query#)>Schedule. Crons can be removed UNIX side (da>"crontab -l" to list jobs, "crontab -e" to edit). SFX statistics are automatically archived by ExLibris each month, leaving 12 months in the file for running year and FY stats. Archived files may be retrieved through server_admin_util -> 5 -> 3.
