Getting collections from off-site storage

Annex

Email Jason Fuller (jfuller@fivecolleges.edu) and copy the Bunker email address (bunker@amherst.edu). Also copy Randall (Randy) Sexton, the Five College Courier, at rsexton@fivecolleges.edu. Randy will deliver the boxes to the 5 College dropoff by the gate at the loading dock. Jason will need the barcode numbers for each box we want to retrieve. From there, Jason and/or Randy will contact you to arrange the delivery. For returns, email them and arrange the pick up. They need the other barcode on the box, the number starting with BX, so that they know where to replace them. If it's a rush, we can always save Jason time and pick up the boxes directly from the Annex after he's pulled them, but he's near UMass many days during the week.

Jason being able to pull boxes and deliver them is dependent on other conditions at the Annex. Always have patrons email their requests so that we have a contact method to update them on timing.

Email diane@nlrbookmovers.com, scrowe@library.umass.edu, and mdmaynard@umass.edu with information regarding boxes (NLR box color-number & pallet location). Assorted spreadsheets are located at R:\collections\remote_storage but are not consolidated into one master sheet.
