Automatically add holdings and items by using these 049 field codes in the OCLC record. First update our holdings (if doing manually), then in 049__ AUMM accordingly :

• AUMBK = monographs
• AUMGBK = gift monographs
• AUMDVD = DVDs
• AUMETD = used for current dissertations Lucy harvests
• AUMSCA = SCUA finding aids (UMSCA, USPC, ARCH, 8 for call number type, 02 item status)
• AUMDDR = SCUA items from the East German collection (UMSCA, USPC, BOOK, 8 for call number type, 02 item status, 02 item statistic)
• AUMLP = LP records
