• Calendar/ERM tool notes should include ejournal title, date of change, dates of content, your initials. If available, add the former and destination URLs, the former and destination SFX targets, URL or email (date, sender) for further information.

• SFX deactivation and activation
  • If there is perpetual access, close date threshold and add note to object portfolio internal description field, “PA, dates, initials.”
  • If no perpetual access is involved, deactivate in old target. If title is the last active object portfolio in target, deactivate target and target service levels.
